We’re fully operational
Dear Customer
The M Pack team are currently working within recommended guidelines to provide a fully operational supply and support function in both the Republic and Northern Ireland.
The following additional measures have been put in place to maintain supply to all our customers and keep much needed production lines running.
- Sufficient consumable stock levels including:
- Thermal Transfer ribbon
- Inkjet inks and additives
- Wax – Touch Dry® Hot Melt Inks
- Printheads and Spare parts
- Remote engineering support to troubleshoot any line issues where possible
