Our Service Exchange Program is a unique cost-effective support service available to all our customers.

If a fault is detected on any component part of your Markem-Imaje coder we will expressly send you a newly refurbished part in exchange for your faulty unit – saving you investing in a brand new part!  Simply send back the faulty unit and we will forward it to the Markem-Imaje Service Centre.

This cost effective program applies to most major printer components such as printheads, boards, printers and power supplies and come with a 3 month warranty.  We aim to have all  standard parts to you within 48 hours from order.
